Many free graphics tools exist to create quality images and designs! These are also the ones I use most often when I need to retouch my illustrations or designs. I have nothing against paid license systems, only, I hate the Adobe subscription system... And unlike According to popular belief, open source software has nothing to envy to paid software! The following tools can therefore be used to make great creations, but may take some time to learn and practice. to master their functions.
